We take bookings for village homestays and write each night's revenue split between the host family, the village fund and the guide cooperative, so the share is known before the guest arrives.

A fixed share of each night goes to the village fund, shown on the same line.
Guide cooperative
Guides booked with a stay are paid from the same record.
